Thank you for visiting the web home of the Columbus Independent Brokers Association…a collaboration of independent Central Ohio real estate brokerages and brilliant, forward-thinking entrepreneurs striving to collectively confront, understand and capitalize on the constantly changing dynamics of the real estate frontier.
More specifically, the Association exists to:
- Unite and enhance the stature of the Independent Real Estate Broker
- Support one another in our efforts to practice as individual non-affiliated office Brokers in the real estate industry
- Develop service contracts with suppliers and vendors that will allow us competitive rate structures
- Support the Columbus Association of Realtors and the Columbus and Central Ohio Regional MLS
- Obtain balanced representation in all operational facets of the Columbus Association of Realtors
